When I started this blog I decided that I would use only cook books with colour photographies. No black’n’whites what so ever. No chance. Then I found this treasure of a cook book published in 1935 with nothing but black’n’whites. The book shows every sign of having been used and used a lot, but the sixteen illustrations was still in mint condition. So what to do. I chose to meet my initial decision half way and give the photos a rich sepia toning – Ted
