Do you think I would work if I replace the flour with gluten-free oatmeal? 🙂

I think it would work with just about any kind of flour, it’s only 150 g so the mashed potatoes makes out most of the dough. Oatmeal should work well I guess, but it would make the scones a little grainier 🙂
