A delicious dessert recipe found in “Ost i Varme og
Kalde Retter”  (Cheese in Hot and Cold dishes)

Pancake Dessert / Pannekakedessert

Make this delicious stack of pan cakes, cut them like you would
an ordinary cake and serve with whipped cream.
A great way to end a meal.

    Those pancakes look so delicious!
    Here is a paleo coconut flour pancakes recipe that I use at home:

    Batter:
    2 eggs
    1,5 tablespoons coconut flour
    A pinch of Organic Pure Bourbon Vanilla Powder
    A very small pinch of salt, if you like

    Some coconut oil (or butter) for frying
    Serve with maple syrup

    Don’t mix the pancake batter too thoroughly. Make small pancakes, one big tablespoon of the batter equals one pancake.

    I will also try out this pumpkin, almondbutter and yolks pancakes recipe some day since i don’t really tolerate egg whites very well:

    1/4 cup coconut oil or ghee for frying
    Batter:
    1/3-1/2 cup fresh cooked mashed pumpkin or butternut squash, or kabocha
    2 Tbs organic almond butter
    2 egg yolks
    A pinch of Organic Pure Bourbon Vanilla Powder (actually the recipe says cinnamon, but I prefer vanilla)

    Serve with maple syrup 😉
