Hi, I made the Swedish Christmas Cinnamon Cookies. They are very nice. But I wanted to let you know I noticed that you left the eggs out of the recipe in the English version. Oh dear. Eventually seeing your link to the Swedish recipe, I solved the mystery. Thank you! Figured it out and they were easy to make.
Yes, I was inspired and determined to make these cookies, which turned out just fine. Thanks for this unique recipe with the almond and coconut flour. All other recipes I found were made with wheat flour.
Oh by the way, I was not able to discover what Bakery+ sugar is. I figured it must be what we call baking sugar, which is a very fine sugar or am I wrong? Thanks!
Loved your Greeting, Iam enjoying some of your recipes, but have a hard time to convert some of the measurements. Enjoy your family, Gud Jule! Martha Ekness Just finished fixing my family’s Hardanger Lefse for tonight.
I am enjoying some of the old recipes. Do you have a conversion sheet as I have trouble with the measurements. I tried the Swedish CardamonCookies, and they went totally flat. I am hoping to try again, as I know how they should look like! Appreciate all the help you can give me. Tusen Takk!
Merry Christmas! God Jul og Godt Nyttår!
