Bacon potatoes

6 Potatoes
8 thick slices bacon
2 teaspoons butter
1 onion
1/2 green bell pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

4 servings

Peel the potatoes and boil them for about 15 minutes, then dice them.

[2] Cut the bacon into cubes and roast them crispy, then put them onto a kitchen paper.

[3] Cut the onion and peppers into small cubes and fry them lightly in butter. Add the potatoes, bacon and spices. Sauté until the potatoes are tender, about 10-15 minutes.
