500 g [1 lb] of minced beef
4 slices of bacon
2 tablespoons of butter
Salt, pepper, paprika powder
 Form 4 big steaks of the minced meat and put a slice of bacon around each of them. Fasten with toothpicks.
 Brown the steaks in butter in a frying pan or brush them with oil and fry them on a griddle or on a charcoal grill.
 Cook the steaks in the pan over low heat, about 5 min. on each side. Sprinkle with salt, black pepper and paprika powder after frying. Served hot with potato salad, whole, small tomatoes and if preferred, fresh cress or parsley.
