Baked Marzipan Apples

Preparation time: Approx. 20 min.
Cooking time: 15-20 min.
Oven temperature: 435° F
The bottom shelf of the oven
Can not be frozen

4 large apples
3,5 oz. marzipan
3 tbsp. rum
2 tbsp. cream 35%
2 tbsp. raisins
2 tbsp. butter

Rinse and dry the apples. Cut off approximately 1 cm of the top and remove the core. Stir marzipan with rum and cream and mix in the raisins.

Place the apples and in a greased ovenproof dish. Drizzle melted butter over and bake as directed.

Server apples warm with cream or custard.
