An exciting pancake recipe found on kiwi.no
This pancake can be served both for breakfast or as
dessert with chocolate sauce or cream
3 ripe bananas
1 lime, juice and bald
100 g [3,5 oz] quark or light yogurt
1.5 dl [0,3 pt] milk
50 g [1,75 oz] butter for frying
This is what you do
 Mash the bananas into a bowl and add lime juice and greated peel. Whip in the eggs and stir in the quark/yogurt and milk.
 Fry the pancakes in the butter and serve either as a dessert with chocolate sauce and whipped cream or for breakfast with fruit or berries!
