Makes: 4 servings
8 small boiled potatoes, cut into wedges
4 hot dogs (I would have cut them 1 in pieces)
1 small onion, cut into wedges
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
 Divide potato wedges among four pieces of heavy-duty foil (about 18 in. square). Top each with a hot dog (if you cut them in pieces it’ll make them easier to eat), onion wedges and cheese. Drizzle with barbecue sauce. Fold foil around mixture, sealing tightly.
 Place the foil packages close to the campfire for 10-15 minutes or until heated through. Remember to turn them at least once to make sure the content gets heated evenly.
 Open foil carefully to allow steam to escape before eating.
