3 yellow onions
one can whole anchovies
4 large potatoes
0,4 pt. / 2 dl whipping cream
butter for frying
 Cut the potatoes into strips and fry them without boiling them first.
 Slice and fry the onion.
 Put anchovies, onions and potatoes layered in an ovenproof mould.
 Pour the cream into the mould and bake in the oven at 390° F / 200° C for 15 minutes.
