Bellman’s Mould

Ingredients:
3 yellow onions
one can whole anchovies
4 large potatoes
0,4 pt. / 2 dl whipping cream
butter for frying

Procedure:
[1] Cut the potatoes into strips and fry them without boiling them first.

[2] Slice and fry the onion.

[3] Put anchovies, onions and potatoes layered in an ovenproof mould.

[4] Pour the cream into the mould and bake in the oven at  390° F / 200° C for 15 minutes.
