4 medium sized, firm bananas
2-3 tbsp liquid honey or carefully melted real honey
25 g almonds
2 tablespoons butter
 Peel the bananas and brush them with honey.
 Cut the almonds into flakes or roughly chop them. Turn the bananas in the almonds and fry them until golden in butter in a skillet. Turn them frequently.
 Press lemon juice over the bananas and sprinkle with thin strips of grated lemon peel and raisins if prefered.
Server the bananas with whipped cream.
