In the autumn blueberries can be enjoyed in many ways, and this pizza with blueberries, honey and blue cheese is an exciting variation that tastes amazingly good!
25 g [0.9 oz] yeast
3 dl [0,6 pt] water
1 dl [0,2 pt] olive oil
1 teaspoon salt (topped)
800 g [1,75 lb] flour
This is what you do
Important! Part 1, 2 and 3 should be finished at home before going on the hike. Make sure the pizza bottom you make fits into the frying pan you take on the hike.
 Mix the yeast with a little lukewarm water and mix it into the oil and the dry ingredients.
 Put everything in a bowl and knead it with a kitchen machine for 5 minutes. Let the dough rise for 30 minutes.
 Form the dough into a suitable pizza bottom and bake the pizza on a preheated oven sheet at 250 C / 480 F for 1-2 minutes.
 Distribute pieces of blue cheese on the pizza and drizzle with a little honey. Bake in the frying pan over the campfire for 5-6 minutes until the crust starts to become slightly golden brown.
 Distribute the blueberries over the pizza, and bake it for another 1/2 minute over the fire. This pizza tastes gorgeous with a small glass of port wine!
