Campfire Cooking - Blueberry Pizza

In the autumn blueberries can be enjoyed in many ways, and this pizza with blueberries, honey and blue cheese is an exciting variation that tastes amazingly good!

25 g [0.9 oz] yeast
3 dl [0,6 pt] water
1 dl [0,2 pt] olive oil
1 teaspoon salt (topped)
800 g [1,75 lb] flour
Blue cheese

This is what you do

Important! Part 1, 2 and 3 should be finished at home before going on the hike. Make sure the pizza bottom you make fits into the frying pan you take on the hike.

[1] Mix the yeast with a little lukewarm water and mix it into the oil and the dry ingredients.

[2] Put everything in a bowl and knead it with a kitchen machine for 5 minutes. Let the dough rise for 30 minutes.

[3] Form the dough into a suitable pizza bottom and bake the pizza on a preheated oven sheet at 250 C / 480 F for 1-2 minutes.

[4] Distribute pieces of blue cheese on the pizza and drizzle with a little honey. Bake in the frying pan over the campfire for 5-6 minutes until the crust starts to become slightly golden brown.

[5] Distribute the blueberries over the pizza, and bake it for another 1/2 minute over the fire. This pizza tastes gorgeous with a small glass of port wine!
