Chicken Legs Piquant

Sauté 6 whole chicken legs in 2 tbs. butter. Place in grease 2 qt. casserole.

Combine 1 cup chopped celery, 1 cup chopped onions, 1 bottle ketchup, 2 tbs. apple cider vinegar, 1 tbs. prepared mustard, 1 tbs. Worcestershire sauce, 1 cup water, 1 tsp. salt,
1/8 tsp. pepper.

Simmer 10 min. Pour over chicken. Cover; bake at 375°F. 1 hour. Uncover; bake 30 min., basting occasionally.

Makes 4 servings.
