Chocolate Plunge

Indulge in a little hot chocolate, syrup and cream dip during Easter and rescue your conscience by dipping nothing but fresh fruit

2/3 cup  light or dark corn Syrup
1/2 cup heavy or whipping cream
8 oz dark semi sweet chocolate
or 8 oz dark sweet chocolate
Assorted fresh fruit


In medium saucepan stir corn syrup and cream. Bring to a boil over medium heat, Remove from heat. Add chocolate; stir until completely. melted. Serve warm as a clip for fruit.

Makes 1 1/2 cups.
