1/2 cup heavy cream
4 apricot halves. cut fine
2 tablespoons apricot juice
Dash of salt

Prepare- Jell-O Chocolate Tapioca Pudding as directed on the box (It cooks in 5 short minutes!) Chill.  Combine remaining ingredients and beat with rotary beater till fluffy and of sauce consistency. Serve over pudding and garnish with apricot halves and sprigs of mint.

Makes 4 or 5 exciting servings!
