Cook the rice with water and butter until the water is almost completely evaporated.
 Gradually add milk, stir in the sugar and add the cinnamon stick.
 Allow porridge boil under a lid over very low heat for about 35 min.
Make sure the porridge does not get burned towards the end of the cooking time, but avoid stirring it. Finally add salt to taste.
Eat the porridge sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar and with a good blob of real butter melting in the middle of the plate.
