Twilight bonfire Bowl
Mix 1 bottle of dry white wine with a bottle of lemon soda or some other soft drink and 2 1/2 dl. of black current syrup mixed half and half with cold water in a large bowl. Add 3 dl. of soda water, lemon slices and fresh berries right before serving.
The juice from one lemon, sugar to taste, 1 dl of dry cherry, soda water, ice cubes.
Put one large ice cube in a tall glass and add the lemon juice and cherry. Fill up the glass with soda water. Serve with a straw.
Melon & Cherry Delight
1/2 a honey melon, 2 oranges, 1 lemon, sugar syrup made from boiling 2 parts sugar and 1 part water, 1 dl. of cherry liqueur, ice cubes.
Cut the melon in large cubes and grate it finely, add the sugar syrup and the juice from the oranges and the lemon and the liqueur. Serve with ice cubes and a straw.
Ice Cold Fruit Cocktail
1 bottle of dry white wine, 1 litre of strawberries, 4 tinned peaches, 2 oranges, 1 lemon, 1 bottle of sparkling mineral water, ice cubes.
Pour the wine over the strawberries and let it soak for at least an hour. Save a few strawberries for garnishing. Remove the strawberries from the wine and strain it into tall glasses. Add half a peach, one slice of orange and one of lemon and some strawberries to each glass. Fill up the glass with mineral water and add two ice cubes right before serving.
Vanilla ice cream, punch.
Place ice cream in a wide glass and add the punch. Serve immediately with a spoon and a straw.
