Bacon and eggs belonging to the delicious weekend breakfasts for many people. If you want to try a little playful variation, you can prepare them in a muffin mould for an even better presentation on the plate.
Preparation: 20 min
Servings: 4 adults
4 slices of bacon
4 teaspoons finely chopped chives
 Use a glass to punch out circles of white bread. Place them in the bottom of the muffins moulds. Place the bacon slices around the inside of the moulds and crack the eggs into the mould.
 Bake the muffins in the oven for about 15- 20 minutes Sprinkle with chives before serving.
Tip: Serve the muffins as they are, or put a few tablespoons of hot baked beans on the plates and place the egg and bacon muffins on top.
