Pork Entrecote with a "Hot" Twist

Top: Entrecote of pork with “hot” twist.
Bottom: baked sweet potato and fennel with honey.

1 pork entrecote
3 medium sized sweet potatoes
2 fennel
1 whole garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
The juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tablespoon of honey


[1] Season the entrecote with finely chopped garlic and chili on both sides and brown it in butter in a frying pan. Then bake it in the oven for 5-6 minutes on each side.

[2] Cut the fennel and sweet potato in thin slices or thin wedges and place in a ovenproof mould together with whole garlic cloves. Drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice and honey and bake it in the oven for about 20 minutes!
