Farmhouse Pasta

A nice way to showcase tasty mushrooms – in a simple,
creamy, delicious mushroom pasta!

4 servings
Cooking time: 10-15 min.

400 g [0,9 lb] pasta
250 g [8,8 oz] bacon
6-7 spinach leaves or 2 sprigs of parsley
1 carrot
1 parsley root
1/2 leek
250 g [8,8 oz] mixed mushrooms
2 dl [0,4 pt] cream


[1] Cook pasta according to instructions on the package. Cut the bacon and vegetables into coarse pieces. Cut the mushrooms into slices.

[2] Fry the ingredients in a teflon frying pan. Add the cream and let the sauce boil for 2-3 min. Put the pasta in a bowl and pour the sauce on top of it. Server immediately.

Tip: The cream can be replaced with milk thickened with a little flour. Served the pasta with a baguette and a green salad!
