Filled Cannelloni with Jarlsberg, Spinach and Prosciutto

You need
Cannelloni pasta for 4 servings
1 dl [0,2 pt] cream fraiche
100 g [3,5 oz] grated Jarlsberg cheese
75 g [2,7 oz] baby spinate
100 g [3,5 oz] of prosciutto
salt and pepper
Grated Jarlsberg for topping
A handful of basil

This is what you do

Heat the oven to 200 C / 390 F. Mix together Crème fraiche, grated Jarlsberg, baby spinach and torn prosciutto to a batter and taste with salt and pepper. Fill the cannelloni cones with the batter. Put them in a heatproof mould and finish with a little grated Jarlsberg on top.

Bake in the oven for about 20-30 minutes until the pasta is soft. Served with fresh basil.
