1 bag frozen potato or potato slices
1,1 lb. / 500 g fish fillets without skin and bones
½ teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons grated onion
2 tablespoons flour
0,2 pt. / 1 dl light milk
2 tbsp. butter for frying
0,2 pt. / 1 dl gherkin, chopped
2 tablespoons capers
0,2 pt. / 1 dl mayonnaise
2 tablespoons light sour cream
½ tsp. sugar
 Prepare potato according to package directions.
 Chop fish roughly and put it in a food processor with knife blade. Add salt, onion, eggs, flour and milk. Run the machine until you have a smooth batter.
 Put the mixture into a bowl. Add milk till the batter reach a suitable consistency. Shape fish patties with a spoon. Melt butter in a hot frying pan and fry the patties for 3-5 minutes on each side.
 Chop gherkins finely and mix with the capers, mayonnaise and sour cream. Season with a little sugar and more mayonnaise if needed.
