1 can peach slices
Pastry for single crust pie
1 tablespoon flour
3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup sifted all- purpose flour
1/4 cup soft butter or margarine
6 sugar cubes
Drain peaches thoroughly. Line pie pan with pastry. Rub into it 1 tablespoon flour. Turn peaches into unbaked shell. Blend sugar, flour and butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over peaches. Bake in hot oven, 425o F. 25 to 35 minutes. until pastry is browned and topping crisp. Saturate sugar cubes with lemon extract. arrange on top of warm pie. Ignite cubes. Servo flaming.
Makes 9-inch pie.
