Cream pudding is a dessert that awakes nostalgic memories in most Norwegians. Really a dessert worth serving your guests.
1,7 cups chopped strawberries
0,2 cup sugar
4 gelatin sheets
1,25 cups whipping cream
1 teaspoon of vanilla
0,2 cup apple juice
 Clean the berries and chop them roughly, then sprinkle with sugar.
 Put the gelatin sheets in cold water for approx. 7 minutes.
 Whip the cream and vanilla sugar. Squeeze the water out of the gelatin sheets and melt them in the apple juice, slightly heated in advance.
 Cool and stir the mixture into the whipped cream.
 Stir in the sugared strawberries and pour the mixture into a decoraive ring mould.
 Chill for at least 4 hours.
 Loosen the pudding from the mould and vault it onto a serving plate. Decorate with strawberries and lemon balm.
