Kongelig Varm Sjokolade Saus

royal hot chocolate sauce_page_thumb[2]
55 gram kokesjokolade, smeltet
1 ss smeltet smør
0,8 dl kokende vann
2,4 dl sukker
2 ss lys sirup
1/2 ts vanilje
Noen korn salt

Smelt sjokoladen i vannbad, og tilsett smør. Tilsett det kokende vannet gradvis. Kok opp og tilsett sukker og sirup. Kok 5 minutter til. Avkjøl. Tilsett vanilje og salt.
