(Will make about 30)
5 dl [1 pt] milk (or 50/50 milk and water)
50 g [1,75 oz] margarine or butter
50 g [1,75 oz] yeast
3 dl [0,6 pt] grated cheese
about 1 liter [2 pt] (600 g/1,3 lb) flour
 Melt the butter/margarine. Heat the milk to lukewarm. Dissolve the yeast in some of the milk. Stir milk and yeast into the melted fat.
 Mix the cheese and wheat flour well and add the liquids. Work the dough together and set it to rise.
 Out the dough on the counter and knead it a little. Add more flour if necessary.
 Roll out small, round or oblong rolls and place them on the baking sheet.
 Bake the rolls 8-10 minutes at 225 C / 435 F degrees.
 Brush the rolls with warm water when still hot.
