6,8 fl. oz. / 20 cl mulled white wine
2 fl. oz. / 6 cl gin
1 lemon, a little of the juice
1 handful of crushed ice
0,6 fl. oz. / 2 cl of water
1 fl. oz. / 3 cl granulated sugar
For the glasses
1 teaspoon caster sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Do like this
 Sugar syrup: Boil the water and caster sugar into a syrup. Allow to cool.
 For the glasses: Mix powdered sugar and cinnamon on a plate. Moisten the rim of the glass with a lemon wedge and dip it in cinnamon sugar.
 When serving: Shake drink and syrup ingredients in a cocktail shaker and strain into the glass.
