Mushroom Omelet

Omelets is the perfect snack no matter what time of day it is. If you got a pack of eggs in your fridge you can make one in a matter of minutes. You can make a plain omelet or fill it with just about anything. It must be among the most versatile dishes in the world – Ted

Note! 1 serving
Cooking time: 10 – 15 min.

4 eggs
1 tablespoon of cream
1 tablespoon of water
6-8 medium brown champignons
1 1/2 onion
1 tomato
A little fresh cress or parsley


[1] Whisk together eggs, cream and water. Saute sliced mushrooms and onions in a pan and pour in the egg mixture. Fry the omelette on low heat until it sets.

[2] Top the omelet with tomato slices and garnish with cress or parsley.

Tip: To get the omelet golden on top, put the whole frying pan into the oven and cook it under the grill for a few moments.
