Nordic Dip

Serves 4

4 oz (100 g) cream cheese
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 stick celery, chopped
2 oz (50 g) prawns, chopped
Few drops Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper
Whole prawns, paprika and parsley for garnish


[1] Mix the cream cheese with paprika, chopped celery and chopped prawns. Add Worcestershire sauce and seasoníng to taste with salt and pepper.

[2] Pile into a bowl and garnish with whole prawns and parsley. Sprinkle with paprika pepper and serve with snack crackers or potato crisps.
