A classic breakfast porridge recipe found on mollerens.no
A delicious breakfast dish that saturates for a long time. Server with finely chopped apricot or other fruit and if you like, sunflower seeds.
1 liter [2 pt] semi-skimmed milk
2.5 dl [0,5 pt] wholemeal wheat, coarsely ground
1 tablespoon flax seed
1.5 tablespoons sunflower seeds
½ teaspoon salt
4 dried apricots, or other fresh or dried fruit
 Mix flour and half of the milk as you would a thickening and boil under constant stirring.
 Add the rest of the milk a little atthe time and still stirring all the time.
 Add flaxseed and salt.
 Serve the porridge with a light drizzle of sugar, sunflower seeds and finely chopped apricots or other dried or fresh fruit.
