Try some of these tasty fork cookies for Christmas! Simple and fun to make with the kids. 1 serving of dough makes about 40 cakes.
12 dl [2,4 pt] flour
4 dl [0,8 pt] sugar
500 g [1,1 lb] butter
 Set the oven to 175° C / 345° F.
 Mix flour, sugar, butter and egg into a smooth dough.
 Chef’s tips: Mix ½ – 1 dl / 0,1 – 0,2 pt finely chopped raisins in the dough. It gives a marvelous taste.
 Roll the dough into small balls. Put them on a greased baking sheet. Push down on the cookies with a fork to give them a clear pattern. Brush the cookies with a little melted butter and sprinkle with nib sugar.
 Bake the cookies in the middle of the oven for about 10 minutes.
