These potato patties are very easy to make and can be used for a lot of different kind of meals. For breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, hiking food or an evening meal. And you can spread them with just about anything.
200 g [7 oz] boiled potato
½ teaspoon of salt
¾ dl [0,15 pt] milk
1 dl [0,2 pt] flour
2 tablespoons butter for frying
 Grind peeled, boiled potatoes roughly. Mix in salt, egg and milk. Stir in the flour and mix to a lump free batter. Heat a frying pan to medium heat. Add some butter. Use about 1/2 dl / 0,1 pt of batter for each patty. Fry them a few minutes on each side.
 Potato patties can be used for almost any kind of meal. Top them with ham, cold cuts, jam or cheese or use them instead of potatoes for dinner.
