Simple and fast Christmas cakes with a great taste of cinnamon. These cakes are included as one of the seven kinds of Christmas cakes baked in many Norwegian families.
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
200 g [7 oz] butter
100 g [3,5 oz] icing sugar
300 g [10,5 oz] flour
This is what you do
 Mix sugar and cinnamon.
 Whip butter and icing sugar white and airy. Mix in the flour.
 Roll the dough into the finger thick long sausages. Cut them into about. 5 cm / 2 in long sticks and roll them in the cinnamon and sugar mixture.
 Bake at 180 C / 355 F for about 10 minutes.
