Oat Macaroons

You will need:
7 oz. / 200 g butter
8,8 oz. / 250 g sugar
0,2 pint / 1 dl milk
8,8 oz. / 250 g flour
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground cloves
3 tsp. ammonium bicarbonate
8,8 oz. / 250 g rolled oats

1 portion makes about 30 oat macaroons

Procedure

Cream butter and sugar. Mix in milk and flour, mixed spices and ammonium bicarbonate. Add the rolled oats last.

[2] Place the dough with two teaspoons on greased plates. Bake cakes golden at 355° F / 180° C.

[3] Cool on wire rack.
