Preparation: Total about 20 min.
Cooling: 2-3 hours
Should not be frozen
4 egg yolks
2 tablespoons sugar
 Wash and dry 1 orange, cut 4 thin slices from he middle of the fruit and squeeze the juice out of all the rest of the fruits.
 Beat egg yolks and sugar light and airy and whisk in the juice. Put the bowl over water that is just below the boiling point and whistle constantly until the cream thickens.
 Take the bowl away from the heat and keep whipping until the mousse is cold. Pour it into serving glass or small bowls and set them in the fridge to cool.
 To serve, place the mousse bowls in larger glass bowls with ice cubes. Decorate with the orange slices.
