A recipe for simple and refreshing Christmas snacks

These small snacks have a fresh and delicious taste
and they are perfect for Christmas.
4 orange cut into wedges
400 g [14 oz] dark chocolate, chopped and melted
4 tablespoons shredded coconut or
4 tablespoons hazelnuts, chopped
 Cut the oranges into rather thin wedges and place them to “dry” on kitchen paper for 30 minutes.
 Cover a baking sheet with baking paper.
 Place shredded coconut and chopped chocolate in two different bowls. Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
 Dip the orange wedges halfway into the chocolate. Cool slightly before dipping the them into the shredded coconut or chopped hazelnuts. Place the finished wedges on the baking paper covered baking sheet. Served as soon as the chocolate has hardened.
