1 boiled hen (about 1 kg / 2 lb)
1 head of lettuce
1 can (about 225 g / 8 oz) of pineapple
2 dl [0,4 pt] mayonnaise
1/2 dl [0,1 pt] whipping cream
1 small red bell pepper
 Clean the hen meat of for bones and skin and cut it into strips.
 Cover the bottom of a large serving dish with lettuce leaves. place the hen meat on top.
 Whip the cream and mix it with the mayonnaise.
 great the apples and mix with the sauce and thinly shredded bell pepper.
 Spread the mayonnaise sauce over hen meat and decorate with halved pineapple rings.
Server with fresh bread and good butter.
