Party Dish with Hen

Party Dish with Hen

1 boiled hen (about 1 kg / 2 lb)
1 head of lettuce
1 can (about 225 g / 8 oz) of pineapple
2 dl [0,4 pt] mayonnaise
1/2 dl [0,1 pt] whipping cream
2 apples
1 small red bell pepper


[1] Clean the hen meat of for bones and skin and cut it into strips.

[2] Cover the bottom of a large serving dish with lettuce leaves. place the hen meat on top.

[3] Whip the cream and mix it with the mayonnaise.

[4] great the apples and mix with the sauce and thinly shredded bell pepper.

[5] Spread the mayonnaise sauce over hen meat and decorate with halved pineapple rings.

Server with fresh bread and good butter.
