Pears On the Camp Fire

One should always bring some fruit on a hike or camping trip so why not try your hand at this delicious hot dessert. A two ingredients recipe, it just couldn’t be more simple.

You need this
6 pears
6 dl raspberry juice

This is what you do

[1] Peel the pears and cut them flat at the bottom so that they can stand in the saucepan. Leave the stems on.

[2] Put the pears in a pan and pour in raspberry juice (or another type of juice) until it reaches about an inch up the pears. Put the pan over the fire.

[3] Boil until the juice has almost turned to syrup. Eat the pears by holding them by the stem and dipping them in the thick raspberry juice.
