One should always bring some fruit on a hike or camping trip so why not try your hand at this delicious hot dessert. A two ingredients recipe, it just couldn’t be more simple.
You need this
6 dl raspberry juice
This is what you do
Peel the pears and cut them flat at the bottom so that they can stand in the saucepan. Leave the stems on.
Put the pears in a pan and pour in raspberry juice (or another type of juice) until it reaches about an inch up the pears. Put the pan over the fire.
Boil until the juice has almost turned to syrup. Eat the pears by holding them by the stem and dipping them in the thick raspberry juice.
