An exciting way to serve pork chops found on rema.no
There is little that can match pork chops for a lean dinner. Use high heat and do not cook the chops for too long – this way you will get a crispy outside crust, while retaining both taste and succulence in the lean meat.
Ready in about 40 minutes
1 red onions
2 dl [4 pt] rice
4 pork chops
salt and pepper
1 clove of garlic
1 dl [0,2 pt] soy sauce
Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package. Cut the cauliflower into small bouquets and the red onion and carrot in slices. Fry the vegetables in a frying pan. Add the cooked rice and let it all get a little color.
Season the chops with salt and pepper. Fry them over high heat in a frying pan with oil for 4-5 minutes on each side. Crush the garlic clove and put it in the frying pan for the last minute the chops are frying. Remove the chops from the pan and add soy sauce and bring to a boil and taste with lemon juice.
Serve the chops on the rice salad and pour the soy sauce on top.
