Pork Chops with Honey and Herbs

4 pork chops
3 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons chopped marjoram
3 tablespoons chopped thyme
salt and pepper
juice of 1/2 lemon


Warm the honey until it turns liquid and brush it on both sides of the chops. Mix the herbs and sprinkle them on the chops. Sprinkle them with salt and pepper then sprinkle with lemon juice. Grill the chops 5 minutes on each side above the coals then 5-10 minutes on each side – depending on thickness of the chops – farther away from the heat. Serve immediately with potatoes and a green salad.
