Pork with orange and Ginger Sauce

300 g [0,65 lb] pork in strips
2 tablespoon oil
1 shallot
1/2 green chili
1 garlic clove
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh ginger
1 spring onion
1 orange
1 1/2 dl [0,3 pt] water
about 1 teaspoon of corn flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
pasta (quantity calculation and
procedure on the package)

This is what you do

[1] Fry the meat on medium heat in oil, in two rounds. Set it aside.

[2] Finely chop garlic, shallot, chili and ginger, and cut the spring onion into 1 cm / 2/5 inch sized pieces. Fry this for about 1 minute.

[3] Stir the corn flour in the water and add the to the vegetables while stirring. Squeeze in the juice of an orange. Boil on low heat, add the pork and taste with salt and pepper. Mix in the boiled pasta and serve.
