Puff Pastry Swirls with Jarlsberg and Rosemary

You need
4 puff pastry sheets
1 1/4 cup grated Jarlsberg cheese
2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
pepper

This is what you do

[1] Place some flour on a worktop and roll out the puff pastry sheets till they are about 8 inches long and 4 inches wide.

[2] Mix together the cheese, chopped rosemary and pepper. Spread over puff pastry.

[3] Roll the sheets up from the shorter side. Press the edges together well. Cut into 1 inch thick slices. Place the slices on on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes at 430 F. If you want them to raise more you could you drop to roll out the sheets.
