Raspberry Salad With Chicken

244_Bringebærsalat med kylling_thumb[2]
3 chicken fillets
salt and pepper
/ 200 g heart salad (or other salad)
0,2 pt. / 1 dl mango chutney
/ 250 g cottage cheese
1 basket raspberries

Fry chicken for about 4 minutes on each side. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and set aside. Cool.

Cut the chicken into pieces and put it on a bed of lettuce.

Spread with mango chutney and sprinkle raspberries.
