Roasted Pork with Onion Sauce

600 g [1,3 lb] lightly salted pork
3.2 dl [0,65 pt] sour full fat milk
about 2 teaspoons flour
1 tablespoon chopped onions or chives
Roasting time for pork:
2-3 min. on each side


[1] Cook the pork. Place it on a severing platter and put the onion in the pork fat and brown until golden. The chives should be added when the sauce is done.

[2] Put the flour in the fat, stir until smooth, dilute with sour milk * heat to a boil and cook about 5 minutes. The sauce can be poured over the pork or served seperately.

[3] Serve the pork with boiled potatoes and lettuce.

* If you can’t get hold of sour milk. you can use standard full fat milk. If so use a little more flour.
