1 round steak cut 1/4 inch thick
1/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
Sliced Spanish oníon
 Cut the steak into pieces about the size of a hand, allowing one for each person.
 Sift the flour with the salt and dip the pieces of meat into it.
 Place two slices of bacon, two slices of onion and a small piece of bay leaf on each piece of meat.
 Roll.the steak pieces up,tuck in the edges and tie with a string.
 Dip again in flour and fry in good dripplngs to a deep brown.
 Cover with boiling stock, cover pan with a lid and cook until tender, at least one hour.
 Remove string before serving.
