Rum Butter

Rum Butter

A twist on the traditional brandy butter.

200 g (7 oz) lightly salted butter, softened
100 g (3 ½ oz) icing sugar
4 tbsp dark rum


In a bowl, combine butter and icing sugar, then beat until smooth. Beat in rum.  Keep at room temperature if serving within a couple of hours or cover and chill. Remove from fridge 2hr before serving.
