These Salmon rolls are perfect as an appetizer, a snack
or on the tapas table.
8 slices of smoked salmon
Cream Frâiche mixed with chopped
sun dried tomatoes and feta
 Place the salmon slices in a roof tile pattern on a square sheet of a plastic wras. Spread the salmon with a thin layer of the cream frâiche and season with pepper. Peel and clean the avocado and cut it into sticks. Place the avocado at one end of the salmon slices and roll the salmon up making the avocade end up in the middle of the roll. Wrapp the salmon roll in the plastic wraps and leave it cold (preferably in the freezer) for about 30 minutes.
 Roast the sesame seeds in a dry frying pan. Take the plastic off the salmon roll and roll it in the sesame seeds. Cut the roll into 3/4 inch pieces with a sharp knife. Decorate with fresh dill.
