Sausage Omelette Variations

Sausage Omelette Variations

[1] This omelette is filled with 2 small smoked dinner sausages in small cubes, 2 boiled potatoes, 1/4 leek in slices, 2 tomatoes in slices and chopped parsley.

[2] This omelette is filled with 4-6 wieners in slices, 1 small can of mushrooms, 1/2 chopped onion and 1/4 leek in rings.

[3] This omelette is filled with 300 g unsmoked dinner sausage in small cubes, 2 sliced tomatoes, 1 yellow bell pepper in trips and 2 celery stems in thin slices.[4] This omelette is filled with 300 grams pork sausages in slices, 1 red pepper in strips, 2 dl canned corn and crushed garlic.

Note: You may of course use other types of sausages to taste.
