Savory Salami Wedges

A quick appetizer recipe found in
“The Quick & Eary Armour Cookbook” published by
Benjamin Company-Rutledge Book in 1980

Savory Salami Wedges

1 package cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
6 slices salami
Parsley sprigs


Combine cream cheese, parsley, mustard and horseradish. Spread 5 slices of salami with cream cheese mixture, reserving 1 tablespoon; stack. Top with remaining slice of salami. Cut stack into eight wedges. Garnish each wedge with remaining cream cheese mixture and a tiny sprig of parsley; chill.

Makes 8 appetizers
