Seventies’ Sandwiches


Separate refrigerated crescent rolls. Fold slices of Maple Leaf Pork and ,Bacon Loaf diagonally; top with strip of Maple Leaf Cheddar Cheese. Place meat and cheese at wide edge of dough and roll up. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 375°F for I5 minutes.


Halve Maple Leaf Mock chicken Loaf slices and Pork ad Turkey Loaf interweave and garnish with olive and pimento.


Layer Maple Leaf Cheese and Bologna slices, top with pineapple ring. Broil until cheese melts.


Separate 1 egg. Combine yolk with 1 tsp. mayonnaise, 1/4 tsp. prepared mustard, dash salt and pepper. Beat egg white stiff and fold into yolk (enough for 2 sandwiches). Place slice of Maple Leaf Cooked Ham and 2 cooked asparagus spears on bread; top with egg mixture. Bake on cookie. sheet at 350°F for 15 minutes.


Alternate halved Maple Leaf Cheese and Salami slices; garnish with olives. Spread bun top with tomato sauce, sprinkle with oregano. Broil until cheese melts.
